Description
Hermetically vulcanized heater with single-sided power supply finds its application in refrigerated furniture: counters, display cases, shelves, islands etc., as well as in air coolers (evaporators) operating in cold rooms. The heating element is placed in the longitudinal opening of the evaporator fins or mounted from below. Single-sided heaters allow for easy installation without exposing the vulcanized head and cable to mechanical damage during installation (sharp edges of the fins).
The offered bayonet heaters have a bending at a right angle with a height of 100mm (including a vulcanized head Ø14 with a length of 60mm). This bending facilitates the installation of the heating element in devices where there is little space between the outer fin and the housing. It allows the head to rest on the walls of the fins without interfering with the housing or other components.
Single-sided powered elements can serve as a replacement for double-sided powered heaters, e.g., heaters for evaporators; a U-shaped heater can be replaced by two heaters for both the evaporator and the drip tray.
