Order processing time
Product receipt date = shipping date + delivery time
The shipping date depends on the availability of products and the selected payment method, while the delivery time depends on the delivery method you choose.
Product availability
Each product has a time limit that describes when the products can be shipped by us - from 24 hours to a few, sometimes even a dozen or so days (in the case of a production order). We make every effort to ensure that the offer presented on the website corresponds to the actual stock levels, however, it may happen that the actual delivery time will be extended - we will inform you about it immediately.
If you order a larger number of products, the shipping time of the entire order is adjusted to the product with the longest shipping time. You can complete the order in stages - please contact us or enter an appropriate note in the order notes.
Payment method
Payment by bank transfer / prepayment to account / proforma - please send confirmation of the transfer to email info@egrzalki.pl because otherwise the order processing time will be counted from the moment the payment is posted. Depending on the bank, it usually takes up to two business days.
Electronic payment - the most convenient and very fast way to complete the order. During business hours, funds will usually be transferred to our account immediately.
Cash on delivery - available for products in stock up to 2.7m in length.
Delivery method
The courier company usually delivers the order within 1 business day of sending it. A long courier (for shipments over 2 meters) usually delivers within 1-2 business days, in special cases longer.
