How to check product availability?
Each product has information about its availability in the store:
- Out of stock – currently 0 items in stock; if you are very interested in this product, let us know via email: zamowienia@egrzalki.pl or by phone: 732 415 435
- Large quantity – we have enough product in stock to handle multiple orders
How do I check the status of my order?
We will send information about the progress of the order to your email address. In addition, after logging into your account, you can access all information about current and already completed orders: status, content, provided addresses, etc.
How long will I wait for my shipment?
Immediately after you place your order, you will receive information via email with a link that you must click to confirm your order - then we will start the process of fulfilling it. Information about the status of your order will be sent to your email address on an ongoing basis.
Parcel receipt date = shipping date + delivery time
The shipping date depends on the availability of products and the selected payment method, while the delivery time depends on the delivery method you choose.

What are the forms of delivery?
Delivery methods vary depending on the length of the shipment. You can choose one of the delivery methods:
- courier company (standard and non-standard shipments up to 2.7 m),
- long-distance courier (shipments over 2.7 m),
- collection by a courier company with which you have signed a contract,
- personal collection.

How much will I pay for shipping?
The total delivery cost of the order will be provided after adding products to the cart and selecting the delivery method and payment method - the summary will include the exact amount to be paid.
How do I pay for my order?
Depending on the value of your order, the chosen delivery method and your own preferences, you can choose one of the following payment methods:
- bank transfer/prepayment/proforna to the account,
- electronic payment (online transfer),
- payment on delivery.

Can I pick up my order in person?
Personal collection is possible after prior payment for the product and after setting a collection date. Purchased goods can be collected in Radom, Topiel Street 42 from Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 16:00.
What is storage?
The storage room is a place where you can add products that you are considering. Only logged-in users have access to this functionality. After logging in, the products in the storage room are remembered. The next time you log in to the store, you will find all the saved products in the storage room. You can return to them at any time, move them to the basket or remove them from the storage room.
Can I receive a VAT invoice?
Yes, you will receive a VAT invoice for products purchased in our store.
I placed an incorrect order. How do I cancel it?
