We provide our clients with full respect for their privacy and protection of their personal data.

Personal data provided to us by Customers are processed in a manner consistent with the scope of the consent granted by Customers and the requirements of the law, in particular in accordance with the Act of 29 August 1997 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws No. 133, item 883, as amended). We store Customers' personal data on servers that ensure their full security. Only authorized employees of the Store have access to the database.

Every Client who has provided us with their personal data has full access to their data in order to verify, modify or request its deletion.

The Store does not transfer, sell or lend the collected personal data of Customers to third parties, unless it is done with the express consent or at the request of the Customer or at the request of legally authorized state authorities in connection with ongoing proceedings.

Our Store also uses so-called cookies. These files are saved on the Client's computer by our server and provide statistical data on the Client's activity in order to match our offer to their individual needs and tastes. The Client may at any time disable the option of accepting cookies in their web browser, although they must be aware that in some cases, disabling these files may impede the use of our Store's offer. Cookies saved on the Client's computer store information on:

• User session,
• recently viewed products,
• casting a vote in the poll.

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that if we place links on our Store's website to other websites that we do not administer, we cannot be responsible for the content of those websites or the level of privacy protection provided by the administrators of those websites. We send advertising and promotional materials to Customers only if they have given their consent. This applies in particular to the newsletter sent to the Customer if they confirm the link clearly indicated by us containing the acceptance to receive the newsletter about current promotions, discounts and new products in our Store. These materials concern only the offer of our Store.
