Single-sided heater type L, 150W 230V length 480mm

Hermetically vulcanized heater with single-sided power supply finds its application in refrigeration furniture: counters, display cases, shelves, islands etc. as well as in air coolers (evaporators) operating in cold rooms. The heating element is placed in the longitudinal opening of the evaporator fins or mounted from below. Single-sided heaters allow for easy installation without exposing the vulcanized head and cable to mechanical damage during installation (sharp edges of the fins).

The offered bayonet heaters have a bending at a right angle of 100mm height (including a vulcanized head Ø14 with a length of 60mm). This bending facilitates the installation of the heating element in devices where there is little space between the outer fin and the casing. It allows the head to rest on the walls of the fins without interfering with the casing or other components.

Single-sided powered elements can serve as a replacement for double-sided powered heaters, e.g., heaters for evaporators; a U-shaped heater can be replaced by two heaters for both the evaporator and the drip tray.

• power of the single heater;
• voltage of the single heater (230V, 400V or other);
• total length of the heater (Lc) within the offered range;
• length of the cable (Lp up to 1500mm included in the price, above to be determined).

Note! The above parameters for non-standard elements (e.g., short heaters with low power, very long heaters for low voltage, etc.) may be adjusted according to technological capabilities in agreement and after Customer approval.
