Description
Boiler radiator type KGO designed for operation in oil.
The construction includes the following material set:
- shell of tubular heating elements: stainless steel
- mounting sleeves: brass
- mounting plate: galvanized steel
- connection box: galvanized steel
Individual heaters in the KGO heating set are made for a voltage of 400V - connected in a triangle. The allowable temperature of the heated medium for the KGO radiator is 150°C. The KGO heating set is designed for operation in a tank at a pressure not exceeding 0.4 Mpa.
KGO type radiators are produced in three sizes of mounting plates:
1. "Small" plate - a maximum of 6 tubular heating elements (3 internal, 3 external).
2. "Medium" plate - a maximum of 12 tubular heating elements (6 internal, 6 external).
3. "Large" plate - a maximum of 18 tubular heating elements (9 internal, 9 external).

Information regarding the installation and mounting of the radiator
The radiator should be mounted to the tank enclosure in such a position that the tubular heating elements are completely submerged in the liquid. The tank should have a flange with a gasket made of material resistant to the action and temperature of the medium. The fastening screws should have a thread size of M10 and a minimum length of 40mm. The electrical connection terminals and the radiator's grounding terminal are located under the cover and are marked with appropriate symbols. The terminals have a size of M6. The connection cable should be introduced under the radiator cover through a gland. After installation, the gland should be tightened to secure the cable, and then the terminal cover should be securely fastened. Radiators are supplied without a connection cable, flange gasket, and fastening screws.
The radiator is the current version of the no longer produced ELCAL radiators.
